Sodexo is a leader in diversity. Our goal is to make a workplace where everyone is respected. Our success is all about using our workers' backgrounds to serve our clients. To make sure that our diversity programs are the best they can be, we work with groups like the National Urban League, National Disabilities Business Council, National Council of La Raza and the Minority Business Roundtable. We also offer scholarships for groups like the United Negro College Fund, Hispanic College Fund, and the Asian & Pacific Islander American Scholarship Fund.
Sodexo supports seven charter groups: the African American Leadership Forum; Intergenerational Network Group, Pan Asian Network Group; People Respecting Individuality, Diversity and Equality; Sodexo Organization for disAbilities Resources; Sodexo Organization of Latinos; and Women's Network Group.
Each year, our Sodexo Annual Diversity Report describes our work to build a diverse workplace. Since 2002, we have earned more than 30 awards and credits in various publications and organizations.
Check out Sodexo's 2011 Diversity & Inclusion Report, which showcases the things Sodexo does to integrate diversity and inclusion into all aspects of its business.
