Employee Self Service (ESS): Can Sodexo Contact You?

Make sure you are getting the key information you need for your employment, benefits and even taxes by updating your contact information through Employee Self Service (ESS). The contact information in ESS is used to send you personalized timely and valuable information from Sodexo and your benefit providers that will help you make the most of your benefits.

Employees who do not have Internet access can update their information by phone or by fax. Here's how to make changes:


Through Employee Self Service (ESS)

First Time Users:

  • Click on “First Time Users Register Here”
  • Click on “Register Now”
  • Enter the passcode “SODEXO-SODEXO” (upper case) and click “Next”
  • Follow the prompts to enter the required information, get your User ID and create your password
  • Login using your new User ID and password

Once You are Logged in to ESS:

  • Make sure the employee tab is selected
  • Under the Personal Information menu, click on “Addresses”
  • Click on the “Edit” button at the bottom of your screen
  • Enter your updated home and/or mailing address, phone number and email address and click the “Save” button at the bottom of your screen

By Phone

To update your address, phone number and email address by phone, call ADP COS at 877 PAYSDXO (877 729 7396), Monday to Saturday, 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., ET, and Saturdays from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., ET. You will be prompted to answer some security questions to verify your identity before you can change your personal information over the phone.


By Fax

You can submit an Address Change Form to ADP COS via fax. Please ask your manager to obtain this form on SodexoNet, in the Forms Center. Once completed, please fax to the number listed on the form. Address changes submitted through the Address Change Form may take up to five business days to be updated once received by ADP.
