- View your current benefits
- Get details about your coverage and how it works
- Sign-up for electronic delivery of benefits communications if you haven’t already
- Update your coverage if you have a qualifying change* in family or job status during the year
- Find in-network health care providers
The website is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week from any device with Internet access. You can use the “Live Chat” option to get answers while online from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. ET, Monday through Friday.

Annual Enrollment
Annual Enrollment - the time when Sodexo employees can enroll in, change or cancel benefits - takes place each year during the fall, typically in October and November.
