Sodexo strives to improve our employees' quality of life. That's why the company provides a benefits package that has a wide variety of choices to give our employees and their families peace of mind.

The Sodexo Benefits Center is your one-stop shop for benefits information and tools. Log on to www.SodexoBenefitsCenter.com to:

  • View your current benefits
  • Get details about your coverage and how it works
  • Sign-up for electronic delivery of benefits communications if you haven’t already 
  • Update your coverage if you have a qualifying change* in family or job status during the year
  • Find in-network health care providers

The website is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week from any device with Internet access. You can use the “Live Chat” option to get answers while online from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. ET, Monday through Friday.

After you log on for the first time, you can access this site from your smartphone.

*Qualified changes include marriage, divorce, birth, adoption or a change in your spouse’s or dependent child’s employment status and must be made within 45 days of the event (60 days if you want to cancel your coverage).

Annual Enrollment

Annual Enrollment - the time when Sodexo employees can enroll in, change or cancel benefits - takes place each year during the fall, typically in October and November.
