All employees are encouraged to use the following steps to make the company aware of your concerns:
Step 1 Discuss your concern with your direct supervisor
Step 2 Discuss your concern with your supervisor's manager
Step 3 Submit your concern to the next higher level of management
Step 4 Contact your human resources representative to discuss the complaint
