icon_bullet-page2To bring your complaint to higher levels of management and Human Resources if you are not satisfied with the response.

All employees are encouraged to use the following steps to make the company aware of your concerns:

Step 1 Discuss your concern with your direct supervisor

Step 2  Discuss your concern with your supervisor's manager

Step 3  Submit your concern to the next higher level of management

Step 4  Contact your human resources representative to discuss the complaint
